ANZAC
The acronym stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, and the brave soldiers who fought in the Gallipoli campaign are now referred to as Anzacs. The beach where the landing took place became known as ANZAC cove. The term ‘Lest we forget’ became associated with their sacrifice.

These Anzac pieces are, kiln fired, handmade earthenware clay pieces with leather strapping. There is a cord at the back for convenient hanging.
